Jenni Field, the credibility expert
Jenni is the founder and CEO of Redefining Communications, a consultancy that helps CEOs and leadership teams close the gap between what leaders say and what employees experience. She has spent more than 20 years working alongside leaders, including as a Global Head of Communications and Communications Director.
She is a former President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, a Chartered PR Practitioner and an Honorary Fellow of the CIPR.
Jenni is the author of two books: the Amazon bestseller Influential Internal Communication, and Nobody Believes You, which is built on her original research into the eight practices that make a leader credible. She also co-hosts the weekly Frequency podcast and runs Comms Reboot, the internal communications unconference.

Advita Patel, the confidence expert
Advita is a multi-award-winning internal communications leader and the founder of CommsRebel, an internal communications and culture consultancy. She has spent more than 20 years leading internal communications at senior level across the transport, healthcare, education and energy sectors, working alongside executive teams on high-stakes, multi-million pound programmes.
She led the Chartered Institute of Public Relations as its President in 2025, and served on its Board as President-elect and Vice-President. She is a Chartered PR Practitioner and an Honorary Fellow of the CIPR.
Advita is the author of two best-selling books: Building a Culture of Inclusivity, co-written with Priya Bates, and Decoding Confidence: The 7 Habits of Confident Leaders.
She is a qualified coach, a certified DISC and Cultural Intelligence practitioner, host of the Decoding Confidence podcast, and has spoken at more than 200 events around the world.
